Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of products and services offered by Cuur Cloud Digital Hub (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or security risks.

3. Orders & Billing

• Prices are globally the same; you may prepay 3/6/12 months for savings.
• We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Zaad, EVC Plus, Telebirr) and cards via secure processors.
• Taxes, exchange rates, and bank fees may apply per your jurisdiction/provider.
• Invoices are issued by email upon purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled.

4. Hosting & Domains

• Hosting includes SSL, backups, and standard support; performance varies by chosen plan.
• Domains are registered with third-party registries; availability isn’t guaranteed until confirmed.
• We’ll follow reasonable security and uptime practices; see the SLA for targets.

5. Web Design (WaaS)

For active subscriptions we provide theme, licensed components, updates, and small edits. You always own your content and brand assets. On cancellation, we’ll provide an export of site content; licensed components may require a new license.

6. Marketing & Ads

Ad spend is paid directly to platforms (e.g., Meta/Google). We manage setup and optimization but results cannot be guaranteed. You agree to comply with platform policies and applicable advertising laws.

7. Social Promotion

Our community platform credits payouts only when actions are verified (see product description). We may reverse credits if actions are undone or fraudulent. Users must follow platform rules; suspicious activity may lead to removal.

8. Intellectual Property

Our website, brand, and software are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, or abusive content or activities. Examples include malware, spam, phishing, hate, harassment, and intellectual-property infringement. We may disable content we reasonably believe violates these rules.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may cancel any time; services continue until end of the paid term. We may terminate for breach, abuse, or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, disputes) will survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means acceptance.
