Billing & Payments

How can I pay?

We accept mobile money and cards. Mobile: M-Pesa (Kenya), Zaad & EVC Plus (Somalia), and Telebirr (Ethiopia). Cards: Visa/Mastercard via our checkout.

Do you charge different prices per country?

No. We keep the same global price for fairness. You can choose to pay 1, 3, 6 or 12 months upfront; 6 and 12 months get the largest discounts.

Can I pay in local currency?

Yes for mobile money. Your bank/processor may convert to USD at their rate. We show reference values in KES/SOS where helpful, but the price is globally the same.

Do you support invoices for businesses?

Yes. After checkout you receive a tax invoice by email. For retainers we can issue monthly or pre-paid invoices.

Pricing Policy

What discounts do I get for prepaying?

Prepay 3 months (−5%), 6 months (−12%), or 12 months (−20%). These apply to most hosting and WaaS plans.

Are there any hidden fees?

No setup fees for hosting. Design/marketing add-ons are clearly listed. Domain prices are per year (.com, .co.ke, .so, .et).

Hosting

What do I get with hosting plans?

SSD storage, free SSL, daily backups, secure panel access, and WhatsApp support. Premium is tuned for WooCommerce or higher traffic.

Can you migrate my site?

Yes, we include a free standard migration for most sites. Complex or very large sites may require a scoped migration—ask us on WhatsApp.

Where are servers located?

We use reputable data centers with global CDNs. We choose regions that give the best performance for East Africa and diaspora visitors.

Domains

Which domains can I buy?

.com, .co.ke, .so, and .et are available. We can also help with others on request.

Do domain prices change by country?

Domain extensions have different registry fees globally, but our margin is the same and pricing is consistent and competitive.

Do you include privacy and DNS setup?

Yes—where available, domain privacy is included. We configure DNS and connect it to your hosting or site.

Web Design (WaaS)

What is Website-as-a-Service?

You pay monthly or prepay to save, and we handle design, hosting, updates, and quick content edits—an all-in-one website subscription.

How fast can you launch?

Starter sites can launch in days once content is ready. Business/E-commerce take longer; we move quickly with clear milestones.

Who owns the website?

You always own your content and brand assets. We license premium components as part of the subscription while active.

Marketing

What is included in Social Media packages?

A content calendar, publishing (8/12/20 posts depending on plan), community replies, and monthly reports. Ads setup/management is available as an add-on.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad spend for Meta/Google is billed directly to your ad accounts. We set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.

Social Promotion (Community)

What is Cuur Cloud Social?

A community-driven network where Somali & diaspora members (“sharers”) promote content. Businesses pay per verified action (CPA).

How do you verify actions?

API checks (where available), link tracking, and audits. We also run reversal checks to prevent “follow then unfollow” abuse.

How do payouts work for sharers?

Earnings go to a wallet and can be withdrawn via local payment rails like M-Pesa, Zaad, EVC Plus, or Telebirr (rollout by region).

Refunds, SLA & Policies

Do you offer refunds?

Domains and one-time setups are non-refundable once processed. Hosting/WaaS refunds may be prorated within the first 14 days for clear service issues. See our full Refund Policy.

What is your SLA?

We target 99.9% uptime for hosting. Priority issues are addressed via WhatsApp first. Full SLA details are in our legal page.

How do cancellations work?

You can cancel renewals any time. If you prepaid 3/6/12 months, service continues until the end of the paid term.

Security & Technical

How do you keep sites secure?

Free SSL, frequent updates, backups, hardened configs, and monitoring. Care plans add performance tuning and security hardening.

Do you store my payment details?

Card details are handled by PCI-compliant processors. We never store raw card numbers on our servers.

Support hours?

Core hours are business days 9:00–18:00 (EAT), with WhatsApp for urgent incidents. We communicate planned maintenance in advance.
